The state of Optimal Health is an elusive destination. The funny thing is that it is within reach; you just have to try! What I hope to do is to demystify the process and get you there-whatever “optimal health” may be for you. First things first, let me clarify what I mean by Optimal Health.  When I say optimal, I am referring to your personal best. That means this is a mind, body, soul experience. The experience will cover what you eat, why you eat it, how you move and how that makes you feel. And that, my friends is only the beginning. So let me be your guide and take you on a journey towards Optimal Health.


Of course, who am I? I’m a writer, performer and wellness expert.  Over the years through personal experience, training and tireless research I have amassed a wealth of knowledge that I hope to pass onto you, so that you can live a rich and satisfying life.
